Since the upgrade to this latest version, ACast2 hasn’t worked for me at all. Trying to open the app just causes a process error in com.mathias.android.acast Hitting “force close” doesn’t do anything but repeat the error!

I’d like to avoid uninstalling if possible as I have a lot of feeds! Help!

There should be a backup file at /sdcard/acast/backup.opml. You can rename this file to /sdcard/acast/acast.opml and then import it with ‘Add’ -> ‘Imp/Exp’ -> ‘Import local OPML’.

This will only create the feeds, no settings or history will be preserved.

If you want settings or history you have to send me an email when you are ready to upgrade. I’ll release a new version today I believe.

      Thanks,

I’m using version 2.0.33, by the way.

Actually if you just reinstall ACast, you will be asked if you want to restore feeds from the backup.opml file. This will not restore the feed item status or settings as for a regular backup.
